5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, click Continue Checkout.

Your order is now complete and you will receive confirmation via email.

Question DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
AnswerWe ship worldwide! all orders are eligible for FREE shipping. no minimum orders! always FREE. However, the accessories are not sold separately. it always gathers with other items.

For most countries, you don’t have to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT. However, for some limited countries you may pay duties or VAT according to your country. Kindly note that you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties charged by your government if any.

Question HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE?
AnswerAll of our embroidered dresses are hand made, custom and ready to wear. Whether you ordered a standard or custom size, both require Tailoring Time.  After you provide your accurate size, we need 1-3 days to finalize the dress to fit you exactly.  However, Made-to-Order dress will be prepared from scratch and each item has different Tailoring Time. Tailoring Time is displayed on each dress’s product page.

Order Processing takes 3-7 days. We partner with the biggest couriers, DHL and Aramex. So all our orders ship fast and safe. Usually takes 3-6 days to arrive to your door.

Question WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
AnswerWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us! For that we offer a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. To get a full refund -if eligible- the item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of its arrival. The item must be unworn and unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use might be subject to refusal. However, you must Contact us to get prior approval for the return. We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval.

We won’t accept any exchange. Our embroidered dresses are hand made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). So please double check your measurements before ordering.
